On October 6 the technical assistance project “Communications Regulatory Development”, funded by EBRD was launched in Chisinau in a joint meeting of representatives from EBRD and Great Village International Consultants (GVIC) with officials from the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI).
