National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

Starting July 1, 2014, in pursuance of the order of ANRCETI Director, ANRCETI „Green line” 080080080 was renamed as Institutional information hotline and operates under a Regulation that provides for the rules of managing this telephone line.

The phone line can be used by citizens to request information and advice pertaining to ANRCETI activity and to provide information about acts of corrupt conduct, if committed by ANRCETI employees.

Requests for information and consultation are received, recorded in a special register and directed by competent ANRCETI officials, appointed by ANRCETI Director for this purpose.

These officials are in charge of providing responses to citizens, at the same time providing recommendations on how to solve the reported problems.

Calls containing information and/or complaints about facts of corrupt behavior committed by ANRCETI employees will be received and directed by competence, according a special procedure, as set in the Regulation.

Employees in charge of managing the information hotline 080080080, are placed under the obligation to keep the information received through the hotline confidential, as well as the callers’ private data and data deemed as trade secret. The information provided by callers can be used by ANRCETI employees exclusively for service (official duties).

The 080080080 number can be dialed toll free from any place in Moldova, both from fixed line and mobile networks. Calls are received Monday – Friday, 8.00 - 12.00 and 13.00 - 17.00.
