The providers authorized to use telephone numbers for special-tariff services – Premium Rate via public electronic communications services are obligatorily required to inform the end-users, in advance and free of charge, by phone or through other public information facilities about the conditions of Premium Rate service provision. This requirement is set forth in the special license conditions authorizing the use of numbers for Premium rate services in electronic communications networks, approved by ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision (ANRCETI – www.anrceti.md).
