Each year, on March 15th, we commemorate World Consumer Rights Day, established in 1985 by the United Nations. The aim of this day is to raise awareness about the importance of consumer rights and to mobilize efforts to safeguard them.

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) announces a public meeting to take place on March 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM. During this meeting, the draft Decision regarding the limitation of the number of licenses for the use of radio frequencies/channels in the 700 MHz, E900 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2300 MHz, 2600 MHz, 3600 MHz, and 26 GHz bands will be examined and approved, aiming to ensure the provision of publicly available terrestrial mobile/fixed electronic communications networks and services.

The administrative Board of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) approved, during the public meeting on March 11, 2024, the rates for postal services within the Universal Postal Service (UPS) provided by "Posta Moldovei" State Enterprise, which is designated under the Law on Postal Communications no. 36/2016 as the Universal Postal Service provider, being part of the international Universal Postal Services network.
