New drafting of regulations on national numbering plan management
Numbering resources, requested by electronic communications networks and service providers, are assigned by the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic communications and Information Technologies (ANRCETI) according to the procedure of license issuance for the use of those resources.

Quantum of payments for several types of numbering resources reduced
From January 1, 2009, providers of electronic communications networks and services will be charged less for several types of numbering resources assigned by the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI). The payments are cut down pursuant to a Decision of ANRCETI Administrative Board in this respect, published, December 26, in the Official Gazette.
