On May 20 - 21, the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI - www.anrceti.md) will host the next mission of the technical assistance project offered to ANRCETI by the consulting company Great Village International Consultants (GVIC) of Canada, financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

In the first quarter of this year, the number of subscribers to broadband Internet access services at fixed locations increased by 60.7% over the same period of 2009: from 135,000 to 217,000 and the number of 3G mobile Internet users reached 96,000, according to the data of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI), covering the developments on this market segment.
