The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) is announcing for Tuesday, June 25, a press conference on the occasion of the forthcoming launch of the telephone number portability services in mobile networks in the R. Moldova, scheduled for 1 July 2013.

The Report (doc. in state language) of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) regarding the evolution of electronic communications markets in Qu. I 2013 shows that the first three months of 2013, revenues from sales in electronic communications (mobile, fixed telephony, dedicated mobile broadband, fixed telephony, fixed Internet and data transmission, broadcasting) grew, compared with the similar timeframe of the previous year, by about 4%, and constituted 1 billion 527,3 million lei.

The Commission for the auction of licenses for 2500 - 2690 MHz and four sub-bands of 3600 - 3800 MHz to be used in the provision of public electronic communications broadband networks and services qualified the auction result as null for the reason that no bids have been submitted to the deadline (June 7, 2013).

The Administrative Board of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) is announcing for June 11, 2013, at 14.00, a public session to review and approve two draft Board decisions: on identification of the markets for call origination at fixed locations (Market 2 - doc. in state language) and traffic transit in public telephone networks (Market 9 - doc. in state language) and designation of „Moldtelecom” as an SMP provider on both these markets. The session will take place at ANRCETI’s office: (134, Stefan cel Mare bd., 5^th floor, Conference Room).

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) is announcing, pursuant to Administrative Board Decision, repeated public consultations on Draft Decision (doc. in state language) on amending the Procedure (doc. in state language) for transfer of licenses for limited resources, used for the provision of electronic communications networks and services. The consultations are scheduled for May 27, 2013 – the deadline for recommendations.

On Easter Eve, the Administrative Board of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) extends warmest greetings to the Agency staff and to all the employees of the electronic communications and information technology sector of the country.

ANRCETI is announcing that the Agenda of May 7 Administrative Board meeting has been supplemented with an additional draft (doc. in state language) decision - on modification and amendment of Procedure (doc. in state language) for transfer of licenses for the use of limited resources in the provision of public electronic communications networks and services. The meeting is scheduled for 14.00, at ANRCETI office.

Representatives of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) are taking part, on April 24 - 26, in two regional workshops: one organized by the ITU, in Nakhichevan, Azerbaijan, the other one – by the Eastern Partnership Regulators Network, in Tbilisi, Georgia.
