The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) published on its website for public consultation the draft (.pdf) Administrative Board Decision approving standard Form of notification for the provision of postal services, standard Certificate regarding registration in the public Register of public postal service providers and the notification about ceasing postal service provision. These Forms are necessary for the implementation of the general authorization regime in the postal sector, which will be implemented by ANRCETI in accordance with the Law of Postal Communications (hereinafter - Law no. 36/2016). The public consultation will last through July 20, 2016 - the deadline for submitting recommendations on the document.

A team of specialists from the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) took part in a three-day regional seminar for the CIS and Georgia held in Odessa, Ukraine. The event was organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) jointly with the Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications S. A. Popov. The seminar was focused on issues of cyber security in the ICT sector.

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) has launched public consultations on Draft Methodology for calculation of the maximum fees for the right of access to public property and/or infrastructure sharing and the final Analysis of the regulatory impact of this document. The consultation will last through July 6, which is the deadline for recommendations.
