ANRCETI Launches Public Consultation on Draft Forms for Implementation of General Authorization Regime in Postal Sector

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) published on its website for public consultation the draft (.pdf) Administrative Board Decision approving standard Form of notification for the provision of postal services, standard Certificate regarding registration in the public Register of public postal service providers and the notification about ceasing postal service provision. These Forms are necessary for the implementation of the general authorization regime in the postal sector, which will be implemented by ANRCETI in accordance with the Law of Postal Communications (hereinafter - Law no. 36/2016). The public consultation will last through July 20, 2016 - the deadline for submitting recommendations on the document.
