IN 2022, NUMBER OF CALLS RECEIVED BY SINGLE EMERGENCY SERVICE 112 DECREASED BY 10 PERCENT

According to statistics presented by the Single Emergency Service 112, in 2022, the 112 operators received 2,318,877 calls, which is by about 10% lower than in 2021. From these calls, 72% were requests for emergency medical intervention (Ambulance), 24% were requests for police intervention, and 4% were requests for firefighters.
