15.04.2010ANRCETI delegation study experience of coleagues in Romania Invited by the Romanian counterparts, a delegation of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI - www.anrceti.md), under the leadership of ANRCETI Director Sergiu Sitnic, are currently (April 15, 16) on a visit to Romania to get acquainted with the experience of the Regulatory Authority for Communications (ANCOM) in implementing the European regulatory standards governing electronic communications. 14.04.2010ANRCETI removed another obstacle in the development of new electronic communications services End users of all publicly available electronic communications networks will have access to public services provided through access codes 1600 - 1639, and alternative operators, already connected or going to connect to MOLDTELECOM network will no longer have to pay access deficit charge. These clauses are included in the Administrative Board Decision issued by the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) on Regulating Access to Public Electronic Communications services provided through access codes 1600-1639. The decision was subject to public consultation procedure, was approved by the working group for regulating entrepreneurial activity and became effective today, April 14, having been published in the Official Gazette. 9.04.2010Annual report on transparency in decision-making made publicly available by the Agency In 2009, the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI - www.anrceti.md) proposed for public consultations 14 draft decisions deemed to exercise significant impact on the electronic communications market and as a result, received 313 recommendations thereto from market players. 7.04.2010ANRCETI web site awarded diploma of merit at national competition The official Web page of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI – www.anrceti.md) won a diploma of merit „For the best site of a Central Public Administration Authority” in the national competition of Web sites WEBTOP, VIIIth edition. The winners were designated last week. It was the first time that ANRCETI took part in this competition, within the category for public authorities, having 25 public authorities as competitors.
