5.06.2009All fixed and mobile telephone users will have access to Freephone numbers The providers of public fixed and mobile telephone networks are now under the obligation to ensure the access to Freephone numbers free of charge for callers. These numbers are assigned by the national Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) from the National Numbering Plan, based on licenses. This is a provision of ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision on regulating the provision of Freephone in public electronic communications networks, in force on Friday, June 5, 2009, after being published in the Official Gazette.
