Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly version

In 2017, the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) publicly consulted and approved 33 Administrative Board Decisions and held five public hearings on draft decisions with a major impact on the electronic communications and postal communications markets. These are the data contained in ANRCETI's Report on Transparency in Decision Making process in 2017, published on its official website.

All consultations and public meetings of the Administrative Board were announced on ANRCETI official website by means of informative materials. These included general data on draft decision content, information on accompanying documents, and summaries of recommendations.

In the process of public consultations, ANRCETI received 36 recommendations from stakeholders which, where relevant, contributed to the completion or modification of the draft Administrative Board Decisions.

The report was drafted in accordance with the Law on Transparency in Decision Making no. 239-XVI of 03.11.2008, the Regulation on the procedures for public consultation with civil society in the decision-making process, approved by Government Decision no. 967 of 09.08.2016 and Rules for development, approval of acts of normative, individual, advisable nature and ensuring transparency in the decision-making process by ANRCETI, approved by Administrative Board Decision no.12 of 09.04.2010.

ANRCETI has prepared and published annual reports on transparency in decision making on its official website, starting in 2009.
