National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

Certification is a procedure whereby a duly empowered (accredited and recognized) third party (independent of the manufacturer and the user) gives a written assurance (Certificate) that a product meets requirements set out in normative documents.

This activity is performed in order to protect the user from products that do not meet his requirements or are dangerous to his health and life, as well as to protect communication networks from the use of equipment that may damage them or cause disturbances (harmful interference).

Products are presumed to comply if they meet the essential requirements set out in the applicable technical regulations.

Conformity assessment of the products performed by our CB are provided in accordance with the requirements, rules and modules described in:

• Law No. 235 of 01-12-2011 on accreditation and conformity assessment activities.
• • RT "Making radio equipment available on the market", approved by HG No. 34 of 30.01.2019.
• • RT “Electromagnetic compatibility of equipment” approved by HG No. 807 of 29.10.2015.
