ANRCETI UNDERTAKES MEASURES TO ENSURE CONTINUITY OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVISION DURING EMERGENCY SITUATION
The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) approved Decision no. 9 of April 9, 2020 "Regarding the provision of publicly available electronic communications services during the emergency situation".
The Decision represents a series of measures necessary to ensure the continuity of publicly available electronic communications services public, provided to natural persons, during the state of emergency, declared by Parliament Decision no. 55/2020.
