The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) announces on its official website public consultation of the draft Administrative Board Decision on approving its Program for Regulatory Acts Elaboration in 2022. The public consultation will last through December 24, 2021, which is the deadline for submitting proposals for the consulted document.
The draft Program aims to ensure transparency in the decision-making process within ANRCETI.
According to the Information Note, the Program includes 12 draft decisions, which provide for the elaboration or, where appropriate, amendment of a set of regulations provided by the legislation in the field of electronic communications and postal communications, in order to ensure continuity of services related to number portability in Moldova, implementation of advanced 4G and 5G mobile communications technologies, as well as implementation of international agreements to which the Republic of Moldova is a party, prevention and combating of money laundering and terrorism financing, etc.
