National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

On November 28, 2022, the Deputy Director of the National Agency for Regulation in Electronic Communications (ANRCETI), Marian Pocaznoi, introduced the new Deputy Director of ANRCETI - Ms. Silvia Bojoga to the Agency’s team. Ms. Bojoga was appointed for a 4-year term of office and will also be ANRCETI Acting Director until a Director is appointed.

Ms. Silvia Bojoga holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Master's Degree in International Relations. She started her professional career as a tax inspector in the Legal Department at the Tax Inspectorate. She worked as a lawyer in several state institutions, but also in the private sector and has extensive experience in the field of electronic communications.

Marian Pocaznoi welcomed Ms. Bojoga and wished her success in fulfilling her new duties, stressing that her experience and professionalism will be very useful for the efficiency of ANRCETI's activity.

Ms. Bojoga mentioned that the ANRCETI mission will remain focused on the implementation of the Development Strategies of the sectors regulated by the authority and assured that jointly with the team she will enhance the development of the fields of electronic and postal communications.
