TO PROVIDERS OF PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
ANRCETI hereby informs providers of publicly accessible electronic communications services that the Public Service Agency, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Organization and Conduct of Gambling No. 291 of 16.12.2016 (Law No. 291/2016), updated the list of prohibited websites/platforms/applications within the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Therefore, based on the provisions of Article 501 of Law No. 291/2016 and the provisions of ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision No. 1 of 21.01.2021, as regards the blocking of web pages through which unauthorized gambling activities are accessed, ANRCETI informs you about the need to immediately block the access of users in the Republic of Moldova to the aforementioned sources.
