TO ALL PROVIDERS OF PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
ANRCETI notifies providers of publicly available electronic communications services that, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Organization and Conduct of Gambling No. 291 of December 16, 2016 (Law No. 291/2016), the Public Services Agency has recently updated the list of websites, platforms, and applications, wgich are prohibited on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Consequently, pursuant to the stipulations of Article 501 of Law No. 291/2016, as well as the directives outlined in ANRCETI Board Decision No. 1 dated January 21, 2021, pertaining to the blocking of websites facilitating unauthorized gambling activities, immediate action is requested to ensure the prompt blocking of access for users located in the Republic of Moldova to the specified sources (https://asp.gov.md/ro/informatii-utile/jocuri-de-noroc-nu-autorizate).
