On October 18, 2023, during their visit to Riga, Latvia, to attend the 5G Techritory Forum 2023 the leadership of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) had a bilateral meeting with the representatives of BEREC Office (Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications). Furthermore, with the support of BEREC, a hybrid multilateral session took place with the representatives of the EU Commission and mobile communication operators from Latvia. During this session, ANRCETI delegation presented the main provisions of the Roaming Tariff Reduction Declaration signed on May 31, 2023, by European and Moldovan operators, along with the premises and objectives that underpinned its signing, as well as the necessary actions for Latvian operators to join this Declaration.
