MOBILE SERVICE COVERAGE MAP HAS BEEN LAUNCHED
The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI), launched today the web cartographic application "mobile Service Coverage Map_Road Quality". The meeting was moderated by Octavian Rau, ANRCETI Director and was attended by Sergiu Railean, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, as well as by representatives of the IP "National Radio Frequency Management Service", representatives of mobile communications providers Orange Moldova, Moldcell and Moldtelecom-Unite.
The mobile service coverage map is a free-access mapping application that provides all users with comprehensive information about the quality of 2G, 3G, 4G mobile services made available to the public by providers operating on this market.
We consider that the cartographic application, which was developed by the team of ANRCETI specialists, from the authority's own sources, will become a useful tool for both users and operators providing such services.
