TO ATTENTION OF PUBLIC ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDERS
ANRCETI alerts providers of publicly available electronic communications services that, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Organization and Conduct of Gambling No. 291 of December 16, 2016 (Law No. 291/2016), the Public Services Agency has updated the list of websites/platforms/applications prohibited on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Consequently, based on the provisions of Article 501 of Law No. 291/2016, as well as the provisions of ANRCETI Board Decision No. 1 of January 21, 2021, regarding blocking of websites that allow of access to unauthorized gambling activities, immediate action is required to block access for users from the Republic of Moldova to the mentioned sources (https://asp.gov.md/ro/informatii-utile/jocuri-de-noroc-nu-autorizate)
