The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) announces public consultation of two draft Administrative Board Decisions, presented on its official website www.anrceti.md:
1. Draft Decision on approval of the standard Special Conditions of the License for the use of radio frequencies/channels in the 10.7-12.75 GHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz bands for the purpose of providing communications networks and services via satellite communications stations for data transmission;
2. Draft Decision for the modification of the Administrative Board Decision no. 126 of June 2, 2009 on establishing the categories of radio frequencies and radio equipment, the use of which is permitted without a license or technical permit.
The public consultation will last till July 5, 2022, which is the deadline for submitting recommendations on these projects.
According to Informative Note no. 1, this draft decision contains the mandatory requirements for the use of radio frequencies/channels in the 10.7-12.75 GHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz frequency bands in the provision of communications networks and services via the NGSO network of satellite communications stations for data transmission.
According to the Informative Note no. 2, the draft Decision aims to make amendments to the Annex of Administrative Board Decision no. 126/2009 on establishing the categories of radio frequencies and radio equipment, the use of which is permitted without a license or technical permit, by including into this category ground stations and systems operating within the fixed satellite service in the frequency bands 14, 0-14.5 GHz (Earth-space), 10.7-12.75 GHz (space-Earth).
