The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) sets out for public consultation the draft Administrative Board Decision for the approval of the Form templates for documents related to the activity of postal service provision. The consultations of the project will take last until March 6, 2020 inclusively.
According to the Informative Note to the draft Decision, it aims to improve the content of the Administrative Board Decision no. 18/2016 for the approval of the standard Forms of the Notification about the provision of postal services, the standard Certificate proving the registration in the Public Register of the Postal Service Providers and the Notification about termination of postal service provision (hereinafter – Decision no.18/2016 ), in order to provide clarifications of some of its provisions, but also to add new forms.
Considering the multitude of corrections introduced by this act, the authors of the draft Decision considered it appropriate to repeal Decision no. 18/2016 and develop a new Decision.
Interested stakeholders are invited to send comments and recommendations on the draft Decision subject to public consultation, in written form, by postal service, to ANRCETI address: bd.
