National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) presents for public consultation the draft Board Decision on approving the Regulation on Management of Top-Level Domain .md (hereinafter - Regulation). The consultation will be running from July 10 to July 31, 2020 inclusively.

According to the Information Note to the draft document, its authors developed a new Regulation establishing the general rules and conditions for the formation and registration, re-registration, revocation and cancellation of subdomain names in the .md top-level domain; the duties, rights and obligations of the parties involved in the procedure for registration and use of subdomain names in the .md top-level domain, for resolving disputes and monitoring the management of the .md top-level domain.

Once this draft Regulation is approved, the former Regulation on Management of Names in .md Top Level Domain, approved by ANRCETI on 28.08.2000, will be repealed.
