National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) announces public consultations on the following draft Administrative Board Decisions:
- draft decision on limitation of the number of licenses for the use of radio frequencies/channels in the [2100 MHz] frequency band for the provision of terrestrial mobile cellular electronic communications networks and services, including Explanatory Note no. 1.
- draft decision on the amendment of Administrative Board Decision no. 31/2014 approving the Special License Conditions for the use of radio frequencies/channels in 791 - 821/832 - 862 MHz, 890 - 915/935 - 960 MHz, and 1710 - 1785/1805 - 1880 MHz frequency bands, for the provision of terrestrial mobile cellular public electronic communications networks and services, including Explanatory Note no. 2.

The public consultation will last till November 29, 2023, which is the deadline for submitting recommendations on the draft documents.

Interested stakeholders can submit comments and recommendations on the draft decisions under public consultation in writing, by mail to ANRCETI at 134 Stefan cel Mare Blvd., MD-2012, Chisinau, by fax at 022222885, or by email at office@anrceti.md.
