BY FEBRUARY 10, THE PROVIDERS OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT ANRCETI THE MEASURED VALUES OF THE SERVICE QUALITY INDICATORS IN THE SECOND SEMESTER OF 2019

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) reminds providers of electronic communications services to submit to ANRCETI, by February 10, 2020, the information on measured values of the quality indicators for the 2nd semester of 2019.

This obligation is set up in the ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no.10 of 28.02.2019 according to which, providers are required to publish half-yearly, on their own Internet pages and/or at all operating offices the values of measured administrative and technical quality indicators for electronic communications services.

Providers are required to publish and send to ANRCETI the information on quality indicators based on the grids in Annex 1 and Annex 2 of ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no.10 of 28.02.2019. The grids are downloadable from the official ANRCETI website at the following link: http://anrceti.md/fcat9,. Duly filled-in grids shall be provided to ANRCETI in one of the following ways:
1) as an electronic document, signed in accordance with the Law on Electronic Signature and Electronic Document no. 91/2014, to the e-mail address: report.calitate@anrceti.md ;
2) via registered postal service, with confirmation of receipt; 3) personally, under signature, at the ANRCETI office (Stefan cel Mare bd. 134, Chisinau mun., MD-2012).
