National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) announces an examination session for granting radio amateur certificates. The exam will take place on 27.12.2018, starting at 13.00, at ANRCETI office, 134, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant bd., Chisinau mun. The application file has to include the following: the application form (.pdf) [.doc, .docx], copy of the identity document, two color photographs 3x4 cm. The applicants will be examined by the Examination Board for granting certificates for the amateur service (hereinafter the Examination Board), established by common Order of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova and ANRCETI in accordance with the provisions of art. 10, paragraph (1), d) of the Law on Electronic Communications no. 241/2007 (hereinafter Law No. 241/2007), based on section 32 of the Radio Regulations for Amateur Service of the Republic of Moldova, approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure no. 290 of 12 June 2018.

The examination will be conducted in accordance with the Procedure for organizing examination for obtaining radio amateur certificates, approved by the Examination Board on 29.11.2018.

Please note that the examination is organized by ANRCETI for the first time, based on the amendments made to Law no. 241/2007 through Law no. 185/2017 and the Examination Board's decision on admission to the examination shall be published on ANRCETI official website at least 10 days before the due date of the examination.
