National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (the Agency – www.anrceti.md) requires that providers of public electronic communications networks and/or services fill in a Questionnaire regarding the infrastructure associated to electronic communications networks. The document is available on the ANRCETI Web page. It is due to be filled in and provided to the Agency before September 14, 2011.

The Questionnaire was developed by ANRCETI specialists for the purpose of collecting the information needed to analyze market 10 – physical access to infrastructure associated to electronic communications networks, a market defined as relevant by ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no.85 of 28.04.2009. The authors of the questionnaire require that providers offer information related to: individual operational associated infrastructure, services of infrastructure leasing that they provide, as well as services of acquired infrastructure leasing.

The questionnaire can be downloaded on the Agency Web page: http://en.anrceti.md/fileupload/42. The information included in the questionnaire will reflect the situation at the time of its completion.
