The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) published on www.anrceti.md the information regarding the values of quality parameters for mobile and fixed voice services, Internet access and pay TV services, measured by the providers of these services in the fourth quarter of 2018 and ANRCETI Report on results of monitoring this information. The publication of these data is intended to inform the users about the quality of the electronic communications services they are using or intend to use.
The service quality parameters for the mentioned types of services refer mainly to the supply time for network connection and startup times for service provision, data transfer rate, fault repair time, frequency of user complaints and complaint solving time.
According to the Report, out of the 141 suppliers that are liable to measure and submit to ANRCETI the quality parameters of provided services, 131 - have met this obligation, 10 providers neglected it and 26 providers published this information on their own Internet pages. The list of the ten providers and the list of providers that have measured and submitted to ANRCETI the required information is available in the annexes to the Report. If the ten suppliers fail to comply with the legal requirements, they risk being penalized in accordance with the legislation in force.
ANRCETI has been publishing on its official website the information about the quality parameters of the electronic communications services as measured by the providers, starting with January 1, 2014.
