National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

Starting June 15, 2019, with the entry into force of the amendments to Government Decision no. 1361 of December 22, 2005, "On approving the Regulation on Investigating Work-related Accidents”, by means of an Order of the ANRCETI Director, a special system was created for receiving and recording work-related accidents (CAM system)

The CAM system will provide:
1) Free, non-stop access, via a special telephone line, 080080099 for the reporting of serious and fatal accidents at the workplaces of the enterprises subject to ANRCETI control (hereinafter referred to as "produced accidents");
2) Recording of reports about produced accidents;
3) Keeping record of the accidents produced and reported to ANRCETI by means of the special telephone line, but of the ones for which ANRCETI has self-reported;
4) Record of the Reports on the investigation of work accidents.

The obligation to communicate about serious and fatal accidents at work, by virtue of Law no. 186-XVI of 10 July 2008, as subsequently amended, as well as of the Government Decision no. 1361 of December 22, 2005, belongs to employers.

Number 080080099 can be called from anywhere in the country, both in fixed and mobile networks.
