National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

Tomorrow, August 17, it is 10 year since the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI - www.anrceti.md), a central public regulatory authority in one of the most dynamic sector of economy, was founded.

It was established by Government Decree No. 843 of 17.08.2000 as the National Regulatory Agency for Telecommunications and Informatics. Then, in March 2008, under the Electronic Communications Act, through reorganization, it became the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology. She is one of the first regulators of the industry created wthin the ex-Soviet territory.
