National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

On February 15, 2019, the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) has established the single window for the issuance and management of permissive acts. Thus, electronic communications providers and entrepreneurs intending to start activities in this field have the possibility to submit notifications of their intention and requests/statements for the issuance, extension, updating permissive acts, issued by ANRCETI, by means of Automated Information System for Management and Issuance of Permissive Acts (SIA GEAP).

The SIA GEAP will enable applicants to submit online notifications and requests for the issuance, extension, updating of permissive documents, having to visit ANRCETI office only once, to receive the permissive act he applied for. At the same time, the requests for permissive documents submitted to ANRCETI on paper, as well as the issued licenses with handwritten signature, will be digitized and entered into the SIA GEAP so that they are released through this system.

At the same time, it should be noted that according to the Nomenclature of permissive acts issued to natural and legal persons for practicing entrepreneurial activity (Annex no. 1 to Law no.160 / 2011), ANRCETI is empowered to issue the following permissive acts: general authorization for the provision of electronic communication networks and/or services, authorization for installation, operation, management, maintenance and/or liquidation of electronic communications networks at state border, license for the use of radio channels or frequencies and license for the use of numbering resources for the provision of electronic communications networks and/or services.

Thus, applications for permissive acts may be filled in online on the portal www.actpermisiv.gov.md or at ANRCETI office: 134, Stefan cel Mare str., Chisinau, MD-2012, of. 401. Contact: + 373 22 251377.

The SIA GEAP was implemented within a project initiated by the Government of the Republic of Moldova with the financial support of the World Bank. The implementation of this system will help facilitate the process of issuing permissive acts for both entrepreneurs and the issuing public authority.
