National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) reminds electronic communications providers of their obligation to submit to ANRCETI, by October 20, 2016, the following information about quality of service parameters measured in the third quarter of 2016 for four types of services: fixed telephony, Internet access, mobile telephony and television. This is an obligation stipulated in Administrative Board Decision no. 278 of 17.11.2009 on establishing quality parameters for public electronic communications services, subsequently amended by Decision no. 68 of 12/11/2015.

According to these decisions, providers are required to publish quarterly measurements of quality parameters for four types of public electronic communications in commercial offices and/or on their websites, by the 30^th of the month following the reporting quarter, and submit this information to ANRCETI 10 days before the publication date.

The values of quality parameter for the types of services mentioned above have to be presented and published based on standard forms, approved by ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no. 2 of 03.02.2016. Providers need to download the forms from ANRCETI official website at: http://anrceti.md/fcat9, duly fill them out and subsequently submit to ANRCETI in one of the following ways: submit personally or by a provider’s representative to ANRCETI office (134 Stefan cel Mare bd., Chisinau mun., MD 2012), under signature by registered postal service with delivery confirmation, to ANRCETI address. Additionally, providers are required to e-mail the filled-out forms to ANRCETI: raport.calitate@anrceti.md.
