National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The Telecommunications Development Bureau (BDT) of the ITU, jointly with the sector ministry of the Russian Federation and the Institute of Excellence within the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics are announcing a regional seminar entitled: „Capacity building on Strategic Management for Telecommunication / ICT”. The seminar will be held in Moscow, Russian Federation, on February 28 – March 1, 2012.

The seminar is open to representatives of ministries, regulators, telecom operators, higher education institutions and other interested organizations from member countries, sector countries and associate members of the ITU sector in the CIS region, who are kindly invited to attend.

The ITU invitation states that the team of speakers is represented by some of the best specialists, employees of ministries, telecommunications companies, scientific research institutions and higher education establishments from Russian Federation and the CIS countries.
