National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) is announcing, pursuant to Administrative Board Decision, repeated public consultations on Draft Decision (doc. in state language) on amending the Procedure (doc. in state language) for transfer of licenses for limited resources, used for the provision of electronic communications networks and services. The consultations are scheduled for May 27, 2013 – the deadline for recommendations.

The Board took this decision in a public session on May 7, at the request of „Orange Moldova” that proposed a number of amendments to the Procedure. The proposals (doc. in state language) are available on ANRCETI Web site, interested stakeholders are welcome to express views in this respect.

Before, on March 28 – April 12, 2013, the draft amendments were subject to public consultations. The proposals submitted by stakeholders were considered, included in the synthesis of recommendations (doc. in state language) and placed on the web site.  

The draft decision was to be approved by the Board on May 7, 2013. At the public session, the representative of JSC "Orange Moldova" requested that the proposals for amendments be considered and included in the draft decision. However, the given proposals had been submitted by this provider after the first public consultations had ended. Nevertheless, after discussions with other participants, the Board decided to submit their recommendations for public consultation and then review them in the session for approval.
