National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) would like to remind providers of electronic communications networks and/or services about their obligation, as required by Administrative Board Decision no. 33 (doc. in state language) of 17.11.2011, to submit their statistical reports on the evolution of electronic communications markets in the first quarter of 2012 to ANRCETI before May 15, 2012.

According to the mentioned decision, providers authorized to provide electronic communications networks and services are required to fill out and submit to the Agency quarterly statistical forms "CE-2. Fixed networks and services", "CE-3. Mobile networks and services" and "CE-4. Networks and audiovisual services". The forms are downloadable from ANRCETI Web site. There, in the Statistical Data section, interested persons may also find the Instructions (doc. in state language) on how to fill out the forms.

The forms are to be submitted to ANRCETI electronically, to the e-mail: raport.statistic@anrceti.md and in one of the following ways: (i) by filing it personally or by a representative of the provider, under signature, to ANRCETI office, (ii) by postal service registered mail with return receipt, to ANRCETI address: 134, Stefan cel Mare, bd., office 410, Chisinau.

ANRCETI is reminding the providers that their failure to submit statistical reports within the specified period, is an offense under the Code on Contraventions and entails sanctions in accordance with the Code.
