National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) reminds providers of electronic communications networks and/or services that, according to Administrative Board Decision no. 33 of 17.11.2011 (doc. in state language), they are liable to provide to ANRCETI, by February 15, 2012, statistical reports on the evolution of the market segments where they perform their activities.

According to the mentioned Decision, all the providers authorized to provide electronic communications networks and services are required annually to fill in and submit to the Agency the statistical form „CE-1. Operated Networks and Provided Services”, whereas providers of fixed telephone networks and services, broadband Internet access, multichannel TV services – additionally the form „CE-5.Geographic Breakdown of Provided Services”. The forms „CE-2. Fixed Networks and Services”, „CE-3. Mobile Networks and Services” and „CE-4. Audiovisual Networks and Services” need to be filled in and submitted to the Agency by the providers who offer the corresponding services.

All the forms are downloadable from the Agency Internet page, Statistical Data section. The section also contains Instructions (in state language) how to fill in the statistical forms.

The forms are to be submitted to the Agency electronically to the e-mail address: raport.statistic@anrceti.md and also in one of the following ways: (i) by submitting it personally or by representative, to ANRCETI office, under signature; (ii) by postal service (registered) with confirmation of delivery to ANRCETI address: 134 Stefan cel Mare bd., of. 410, Chisinau municipality.

ANRCETI would like to bring to the providers’ attention that eventual failure to submit the statistical reports in time is a violation provided for in the Code of Contraventions and entails penalty as the Code provides.
