National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The Administrative Board of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI - www.anrceti.md) has approved today, August 3, 2010, the standard forms for publication and presentation of information on quality parameters in the provision of public electronic communications services. The board decision (doc. in state language) shall be published on the website of the Agency.

The decision provides that the forms shall be implemented on the date they are published on the website of the Agency. The Board took this decision to ensure the enforceability of a previous decision No. 278 of 17.11.2009 on quality parameters for public electronic communications. Under this decision, providers of public electronic communications networks and /or services are required to measure and ensure quality parameters and to publish in commercial offices and Web pages, information on quality parameters for the following public electronic communications services: fixed telephony, Internet access, communication services provided through IP networks, services provided via ISDN networks and public leased lines services.

The standard forms for each of every of the five types of services are available in the annexes of Board decision of 03.08.2010. The decision provides that the forms can be filled in with any other quality parameters that providers measure.
