Statistical report Form for Postal Service Providers

Instructions on filling out the form for the standard statistical report of a postal network/service provider

Note: the statistical report form for public postal network and/or service providers and the Instructions on filling out the form were approved by ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision No. 19 of 08.05.2016.

According to the Decision, postal network and/or service providers authorized under Law on Postal Communications no. 36 of 17.03.2016, are required to submit statistical information according to the statistical report form every quarter before the 10^th of the month following the reporting period.

Providers provide the filled out statistical report forms to ANRCETI in electronic form to the email address: raport.statistic@anrceti.md and in one of the following ways:
a) by submitting, personally or by provider’s representative, under signature;  
b) by registered postal service with receipt confirmation, to ANRCETI address: 134 Stefan cel Mare bd., office 403, Chisinau municipality.
