National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) announces a public meeting to take place on March 20, 2024, at 10:00 AM. During this meeting, the draft Decision regarding the limitation of the number of licenses for the use of radio frequencies/channels in the 700 MHz, E900 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2300 MHz, 2600 MHz, 3600 MHz, and 26 GHz bands will be examined and approved, aiming to ensure the provision of publicly available terrestrial mobile/fixed electronic communications networks and services.

According to the Informative Note, the draft Decision has been publicly consulted on the website www.anrceti.md, in the timeframe February 16 - March 11, 2024. During the public consultation period, recommendations were received from interested parties, which have been included in the Summary of Recommendations.
