November 15 - 19, 2010	Discussions on Ammendment to Law on Electronic Communications	Nick Higham	The draft amendments to the Law on Electronic Communications were developed for the purpose of bringing it into line with the amendments to the EU electronic communications Directives operated in 2009. During the missions, the expert will discuss all the proposed amendments with decision-makers from ANRCETI and MTIC.
September 27 - 30, 2010	Workshop on ANRCETI Strategy	William Burnfield Nick Higham Peter Lundy	Discussions will be focused on electronic communications regulations: number portability, universal service, identification of relevant markets and designation of SMP, amendments to the Law on Electronic Communications in order to harmonize it with the EU framework, having regard to 2009 amendments. An evaluation is expected to be made in terms of accomplishments and failures in the actions planned within the EBRD / ANRCETI technical assistance project, as well as new actions will be scheduled for the following 12 months. A workshop is also planned to help develop a regulatory Strategy of ANRCETI. The workshop objective is training of ANRCETI management.

July 13 - 16, 2010	Mission: Discussion on amendments to the Law on Electronic Communications in order to harmonize it to the EU Directives on electronic communications.	Dieter Shtautdacher	Draft amendments to the Law on Electronic Communications was presented and discussed. The amendments to the mentioned Law were developed for the purpose of bringing it into line with the 2009 amendments to EU electronic communications Directives. During his visit to Chisinau the EBRD expert discussed all the proposed amendments with the ANRCETI specialists.
