National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) announces a public meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 8, 2023, at 09:00 AM. During this meeting, three draft decisions will be examined and be subject to approval:
1. Draft decision regarding the presentation of the list of tariffs applicable to postal parcel delivery services (Annex), including the Informative Note no. 1.
2. Draft decision regarding the reporting of statistical data by postal service providers (Annex 1, Annex 2, and Annex 3), including the Informative Note no. 2.
3. Draft decision regarding the amendment of Administrative Board Decision No. 16/2016, approving the Instruction on Regulatory and Monitoring Fees in Postal Communications, including Informative Note no. 3.

The draft Administrative Board Decisions subject to public consultation were developed for the purpose of implementing Law No. 77/2023 amending the Law on Postal Communications No. 36/2016, by which Regulation (EU) 2018/644 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 18, 2018, on cross-border parcel delivery services, was transposed (published in the Official Journal of the European Union L 112/19 of May 2, 2018).

The draft decisions were open for public consultation in the timeframe July 6, 2023 - July 24, 2023. During the public consultation, proposals were received only for the draft document related to the reporting of statistical data by postal service providers from companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Pony Express. The decisions taken in relation to the comments and proposals are outlined in the Summary of Recommendations for the given draft document.
