In the timeframe July-September 2022, the mobile broadband traffic (3G, 4G and data-only access technologies) increased, compared to the same quarter of 2021, by 27.3%, making a total of over 67.7 million GB. This development is explained by over 41.4% increase in traffic generated via smartphones, which totaled a volume of 54.2 million GB. On the other hand, the traffic generated by mobile broadband users by means of data-only access decreased by 9.2% and totaled 13.5 million GB. A user who accessed mobile broadband from a smartphone generated an average monthly traffic (AUPU) of 6.6 GB (+29.1%), and a user data-only access – an AUPU of 34, 2 GB (+18.6%).
