National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

According to Art. 16 of the Law on Transparency in Decision-Making Process no. 239-XVI of 13.11.2008, as a regulatory authority is required to prepare and make publicly available its annual reports on transparency in decision making. The specified article also provides that the annual report for the previous year must be made publicly available no later than the end of the first quarter of the following year.

The Agency makes publicly available the Annual Report 2009 on Transparency in Decision-Making Process.
