20.08.2013Interpretation of Several Provisions of ANRCETI Administrative Board Decisions no. 60, 77, 78 and 79 of 23.12.2010 The Administrative Board of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCET) approved four decisions (no. 31, 32, 33 and 34 - docs in state language) by which established the interpretation of a number of provisions from the Annex to Decisions no. 60, 77, 78 and 79 (docs in state language) of 23.12.2010 regarding the special ex-ante obligations to be imposed on providers designated as having significant market power on the market for voice call termination in individual fixed and mobile telephone networks. 16.08.2013ANRCETI Celebrates 13th Anniversary On August 17, 2013 the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) celebrates its 13th anniversary. Throughout these years, due to market liberalization, the regulator has been acting to promote competition, meet the users' interests and enhance efficient investment in communications infrastructure. Since its establishment in 2000, ANRCETI fulfilled these objectives by taking actions and measures to remedy competition problems on the market, by launching new technologies, implementation of number portability, closing the national numbering plan, protecting the users’ interests. 16.08.2013ANRCETI issued decision to withdraw activity license of company “EVENTIS MOBILE” Today, the Administrative Board of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and information Technology (ANRCETI) issued a decision to withdraw the license of Joint Venture „Eventis Mobile” LLC for cell mobile telephony service provision GSM standard, in 900 MHz frequency band.
