Sergiuc Sitnic, Director of the National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI - www.anrceti.md), is one of the delegates. Moldovan specialists were invited to study the practices of co-operation between public authorities, private sector and non-governmental organizations in building the information society. This is one of the subjects to be discussed by the experts, whose mission to Chisinau is scheduled for January 20 - 28, 2010 as part of the technical assistance project „Communications Regulatory Development”, offered to ANRCETI by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
