Remark: The Statistical Reports were approved by ANRCETI Administrative Board Decision no.33 of 17.11.2011 (doc. in state language). Providers are required to report the results achieved in 2011 according to newly-approved forms.
Providers are to submit the filled in reports to the postal address of ANRCETI: 134 Ştefan cel Mare bd., mun. Chisinau, MD-2012, or by fax number: (022) 222-885.
Additionally, providers provide an electronic copy (Excel) for every filled-in form to the e-mail address: raport.statistic@anrceti.md
