National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology of the Republic of Moldova

ANRCETI has established co-operation relations with regulators abroad and intends to make them official by signing bilateral co-operation agreements with counterparts.

In November 2006, ANRCETI and the Communication Regulation Commission from Bulgaria signed a bilateral collaboration and exchange of experience agreement. Inter alia, the said agreement provides for the following:
• Regular exchange of experience concerning the development of policies and strategies in electronic communications in both countries;
• Regular exchange of information concerning laws and regulations governing national electronic communications, additions and modifications to the said acts;
• Exchange of publicly available information with reference to their activity and to national electronic communications markets; Data to be updated annually;
• Exchange of experts delegations, regularly or ad hoc, in order to study technical, legal or other aspects of the regulator’s activity;
• Mutual information exchange, invitations to international conferences and symposia under the auspices of the two regulators;

ANRCETI also intends to sign such agreements with other regulators from EU member states, in particular with National Communications Authority from Romania. Regular exchange of the procedure of signing such an agreement with the Romanian regulator was initiated in 2007.
