TO PROVIDERS OF PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
ANRCETI hereby notifies providers of publicly accessible electronic communications services that the Public Service Agency, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 291 of 16.12.2016 on Organization and Conduct of Gambling (Law No. 291/2016), updated the list of websites/platforms/applications prohibited within the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Accordingly, based on the provisions of Article 501 of Law No. 291/2016 and the provisions of Administrative Board Decision No. 1 of 21.01.2021 concerning blocking of web pages through which unauthorized gambling activities are accessed, immediate action is required to block the access of the users in the Republic of Moldova to the aforementioned sources.
